Production-grade standards with full customisation: flute, dimension, finish, and printed artwork. Quote includes plate-making and stitched closure where applicable.
Each flute serves a different stacking, cushioning, and print requirement. We'll recommend the right one for your product when you request a quote.
Our facility is built on a Fourdrinier-based paper machine and a corrugator line that feeds directly into flexo printing, slotting, and stitching.

A Fourdrinier-principle paper machine produces continuous webs of paper at high speed — the foundation roll that feeds the rest of the line.

Paper rolls become corrugated sheets. We provide Single Wall in A (5mm), B (3mm), and C (4mm) flutes, plus Double Wall in AB, AC, or BC combinations for heavy stacking and export.

Photopolymer plates are made in-house — clean, fast plate production. Flexography then transfers your artwork onto the corrugated face via the plate.

The manual slotter handles straight cutting (slitting) and crease rails. The stitcher closes the carton. Finished pallets ship directly to your plant.
Photopolymer plate-making and flexographic printing happen under the same roof in Wonogiri, so your dieline goes from a brand brief to a printed, slotted carton without ever leaving our line.
Send us a sample box, a sketch, or a brand guide. We respond with feasibility, flute recommendation, and a transparent quote.
